Just had an amazing birthday party there. The staff was so great and took care of everything - including tracking the gifts and making sure the room was set up the way we wanted. All the kids and parents had such a good time and I didn't have to worry about anything!

Just had my son's 5th birthday here. Its new so very clean everywhere. We had 20 kids and rented out "The Village" room (huge inflatable slide, plain bouncehouse, inflatable with obstacles & a zipline & a large climbing structure with an obstacle course on it (slide, swing, etc). They also have little self-propelled cars. In other words a ton of stuff for kids to amuse themselves.

We pulled up to the front door and they put all of your things on a cart. All the staff were very friendly and helpful from the start to the finish. Steven was the dedicated person in the room and he played on the slides and helped the kids have fun.

The dining room was very big and they put out all the food that we ordered and that we brought ourselves. We really had to do nothing once we arrived except to have fun.

Play time is 15 minutes after the official arrival time. 15 minutes is a long time for a bunch of excited kids to wait!

Excellent facility and team clearly understands customer service!
