We bought a lot of lights from the seller, owner is named Fred. He told us we can return anything we don't use or have problems with, great! Some of the lights we bought and installed were much weaker than what he quoted and promised us. We had already installed them so it wasn't worth the effort to remove them. But we still had more lights from the same variety, so we called him and told him we'll return them - he said no problem. In the mean time we purchased more (other) lights from him to be delivered the next day.



When his delivery guy came to drop off the lights the next day, we tried giving him a check for the price of the new lights minus the lights we were returning. He called his boss to confirm and the boss yelled at him telling him to not accept it. We tried calling him and he started dodging calls from us even while his delivery guy was still here! His goal was to get a full check for the new product, convince us that we can still do the return but it will have to happen another day and then since he made the sale, ignore us. Eventually, we were able to get him on the line and he told us he won't accept the return (more proof that everything he told his delivery guy to tell us was a flat out lie!).



I told him to accept the return as promised at purchase or he will lose a customer with a lot of lighting needs permanently. He refused to listen to us, called us liars and told us we're making up everything he said about the return policy. I tried to reason with him that there is no reason for us to make up the return policy (that he confirmed to be ok the day prior) -- also let's not forget that we're biting the loss on the already installed lights.



He told me "F**K YOU" and hung up. I wish I were making this up. I have never dealt with such bad customer service in my life. I suggest finding another store unless you want to be lied to in every which way in order for him to make a sale.

Horrible company, overcharges ...

Horrible company, overcharges and then steals your information and tries to write fraudulent checks on your account. Thankfully I have a great bank that pays attention to details and noticed this was not my # sequence on checks nor my signature. They tried to fraudulently draft a large amount of money from my account. They didn't get money but it certainly causes a headache to resolve.
