I have tanned at many different salons and Smart Xposure is still the only one who takes the time to explain the difference in the beds and helps me decide which lotion will work best for the results i want. Plus they give away free tans on their facbook and instagram which is awesome!

I have been tanning here for years and love it, they work with you on a price that fits your budget and always run great socialnetworking deals just for mentioning instram or facebook! Love the aeromatherapy bed!

Hands down best salon around!! i live in Thousand oaks and i drive all the way to simi valley just to tan here!

Great tanning salon. All the employees are friendly and easy to talk to. Rarely ever a wait for a bed. The air brush tans are high quality and last for over a week. Each bed is always in good condition and the lights are consistently replaced for the best quality tanning.

The girls here are all so pretty and nice i have been coming here for a few years and not one has been unwelcoming. they are also a very clean and santized place

I'm not one to give bad or "so-so" reviews but I felt I needed to with this business.



I got very mixed experiences there. When the owner/manager was around, things ran well, but when she wasn't it was hit and miss. The pricing was fair, the coloring was good, the thing that irritated me the most was 2 things: they had some policy where you couldn't book a regular tanning bed appointment (not a spray tan) more than 24 hours in advance (??) and the girls didn't always show up on time in the morning when they were supposed to. Several times I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes, waiting for the teenager (clearly nursing a hangover) to stumble up and unlock the door to let us in. By then it was usually too late, and I had to start driving to work. I have a family and I work 40+ hours a week, so I'm on a tight schedule and this irritated me.



These 2 reasons are ultimately the reasons I stopped going and found a better salon in town that was more respectful of my time. :0(
