Had a great experience at West Coast Hearing & Balance Center.. Very friendly and helpful staff that made my hearing testing very pleasant.

Dr Lam, she was very attentive on working on my mom on her hearing, she was very kind

Totally 5 star!! Dr Bennett was professional, interested, knowledgeable, helpful and comfortable. She took the time to give me reasons and options available and best for my situation. No rushing me or avoiding my questions.The office space and staff were friendly and pleasant. Need for health information assured me that I would be well cared for in any interaction with the purchase of hearing aids.

Dr. Lam is amazing! I appreciate the time she takes to figure out my unique hearing situation and find a solution. The office staff is excellent as well, they work extra hard to get appointments within a day or so, sometimes even the same day!
