this company installed a shadowbox fence on our property. it looks like it was the first fence they ever did. they left the piles of dirt where they dug the holes for the posts and didn't even move the dirt when they cut the pickets. all of the posts are out of plumb, the pickets are not spaced evenly, the pickets are installed at an angle, the panels are different widths, the panels are all different heights, some of the panels are not arched on top, the fence is only 1 week old and the gate is already sagging due to not using 6" posts as we were told, they used 4" posts instead.the owner (josh) came out and looked and GAVE US HIS WORD that he would remove the fence and refund our deposit, due to that we hired another contractor who delivered the materials yesterday 08/18-2015. now josh says he will not remove the fence and refund our money!
