How would you like your steak cooked? Medium well. Will you Check your steak to see if it is cooked to your satisfaction? The steak that sat before me was RAW. The waitress that we had was great. She took the steak back to have it cooked. 30 minutes later after my family had finished eating the waitress said her manager was coming with my steak. The manager finally arrives with a plate of beef Jerky. Is there anything else I can do for you? I was past the point of conversation at this point, and to beat it all no offer to make this situation right. So this will be the last time I EVER spend my money at Applebee's again.

Decent service ok food and not so great range dressing with no rolls . I only go for thee cheese sticks . Peace my ninjas

I won't go back. This is the worst restaurant in all of Simpsonville, hands down. The (constantly) smoking section is in the middle of the restaurant and there's nowhere to get away from it. The service is sloppy and unconcerned. The floor is a mess and the high chairs are vile. Food is marginal- which is the only reason why I have gone back. I hate everything about this place and have vowed that I will not return. No Fiesta Lime Chicken is worth this.

Three hours later and I feel like I'm dying. My daughter was feeling ill almost immediately after eating there last night, though we ordered different items. Service was only okay, they had nearly a full house, and the waiter wasn't really on point, but our drinks were kept up with well. I was surprised the way the food looked though, I nearly took a photo, my spinach dip had cheese on top which came to the table burned, and the steak quesadilla towers were virtually unrecognizable at first. I actually said, "what is this...?" before I poked and explored it further. The rice on my daughter's plate was inedible, and the waiter told her it came with 'peeco' which none of us knew was pico de gallo until she smothered her chicken with what she innocently thought was tomato chunks.

I was hesitant to use this resturant after the reviews, but I was extremely pleased with the service.I had ordered take out. The food was ready exactly when they said it would be and the order was correct and perfectly cooked. I would patronize this Applebee's again without hesitation.

very very poor service. Not many people were served at the time we were there. This was early in the eve , like 8:40 pm.very very poor. It took 45 min to get drinks

Just not much for selection.
