I went to this location not too long ago and absolutely loved it! Everyone there was so nice. I went to party city a week before and asked for assistance locating something. The lady there had no idea where it was and just told me she wasn't sure. Here they were quick to show me there item was and there were always associates walking around ready to assist.

Customer beware with this store. Return policy with this store and the attitude towards the customer is terrible. Be careful what you buy in this store and pay attention to the return policy which seems to vary from day to day. Purchased a radio in this store and it stopped working and the store refused to give a refund or even an exchange. If they feel like accepting your return they will if not then they wont. This is why bigger stores like Walmart K-Mart etc are always better to deal with for more expensive items because they stand behind thier customers. Use caution when buying anything electronic from this store because they wont accept it as a return
