Customer service is not a priority at ALL for this dealership. I bought a vehichle from the Canton store. I will never again have any business dealings at all with any one of their dealerships. The entire process was a joke. Nobody ever returned calls until I called a minimum of three times every time I had to call. I bought the vehicle in December. After months of run around, I am STILL waiting for the part that was supposed to be in the vehicle and fixed when I picked it up in December. I sent the owner an email regarding the whole pathetic situation. After days of no response, he managed to send me an email from to send a two sentence email pushing the issue back to the person who has blown me off for months. And now it is April. And I still don't have the part. The whole sale was ridiculous. The owner could care a less, as well as the rest of the employees. I would stay far, far away.
