Took them 4 years to find the leak . It was structural damage from the day it was built. While replacing 2 sheets of tin that did not match roof , worker broke another board & almost fell through. Game room ceiling Sheetrock needs to be repaired from this leak . Why don't people stand behind their work ? Word of mouth goes a long way . ����

Checked around looking for a new shop to be placed for a tractors and equipment. Shopped around and decided to go with Mitchell. I was very pleased with my building and service. They did a great job with my shop.

Love my building!! Randall and crew were sent out to build my building and I love it! Very professional and experienced, they did beyond a great job to make my shop the best ever. Office staff was very professional and made sure to work around my busy work schedule. Will definitely be referring them to my friends and co workers. Great company with great workers.

Absolutely the worse experience with any company ever. Five and half months for my building and still not finished. They should be out of business and most of them should be in jail for lying and incompetence.

same story with me... they keep giving me the same excuses... I signed there "contract" in August, it is now the middle of November, all I have is a partial pile of lumber in my yard, and no sign that they are going to put up my building... I should have spent a few dollars more and went with a better contractor... I would not recommend this company to even build a dog house.... the only reason I give them one star, is because that is the lowest rating... Please take my advice, go somewhere else, save yourself the headache.....

We signed a contract for a garage on 6-16-14, as of 8-13-14 all we have is building materials on the ground in our yard exposed to the elements. Every time my husband has called to find out when they are going to come build it, we get a different excuse. If we could get our money back we would definitely go with another more reliable company. Not satisfied at all at this point.
