"We pride ourself on customer service. Expect nothing less than top notch customer service throughout the entire order process." This is what it says on their website. I preordered a ball from them that was released on July 15th. I called after this date and they said the ball wasn't released yet even-though I was looking at it in another pro shop. Then they said my ball wasn't ready because they didn't have the inserts in stock. Add another week. Then they said they would ship the ball overnight on Saturday August 22nd. I checked the tracking number and it was sent by ground. I still don't have my ball yet a month and a 10 days after it's release. If this is the customer service they pride themselves in I'd be ashamed. This is NOT top notch service and I am extremely unhappy as a customer.
