I had a complete hip replacement one week ago today and am very happy with the results...a little pain but it is managed well...the joint pain I have had for over a year is gone and I know the surgical pain will be short lived...great doctor and staff...would highly recommend them.

Doctor and staff were so knowledgeable and the surgery took care of my problem.

Dr. Althaus was wonderful. He described the surgery and the potential complications especially with the prior issues with my hip. After surgery he and his team we fantastic to work with. They explained what to expect and what exercises to bring back the strength in my leg. I am amazed at how good my hip feels and how much more active I am.

I can't say enough about the care I received from Dr Altaus and his staff. Very caring, knowledgeable, professional. Recovery time was minimal, pain was minimal. Excellent outcome!!! If you need a hip replacement or any other kind of ortho surgery, this is your place to go. Words can not describe how great the experience was for me.

I had a total hip replacement and couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. From my pre-surgury appointment through the surgery, overnight in the hospital and after surgery follow-up, Dr. Althaus and the entire staff of Tri-State Specialists were wonderful and so professional. I highly recommend Tri-State Specialists to anyone needing their services!

Dr. Althaus and his nurse are excellent. I am very pleased with him and my anterior hip. Would recommend him to anyone.
Great experience

the diagnosis and treatment was outstanding. I had no pain at all after the surgery, and my recovery was quick and painless.

So many of my friends who have had rotator surgery or knew someone who did told horror stories about pain through recovery and physical therapy. In my experience, I've had none of that. The pain was minimal and the physical therapy has been very stress-free and ahead of the game.
I would have to credit the skill of Dr. Althaus and his team for a very manageable procedure.
