Built in 1892, Castle on the Hill was originally Sioux City, Iowa's Central High School. In 2004, the building was renovated into apartment homes. The building kept its historic architecture in tact while providing modern and unique apartments for residents. Castle on the Hill offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments and amenities not normally seen at the price points offered. Homes are cable ready, have fully equipped gourmet kitchens and storage facilities. Applicants must meet income requirements to apply.

The Castle on the Hill Association is not affliated with the Castle on the Hill Apartments. They are two seperate businesses. The Castle on the Hill Association is also known as COHA and their phone number is 712-258-0626 and the Castle on the Hill Apartments number is 712-224-5678.
