Made an appointment a month ahead of time for my wedding. Went in for my appointment and because someone screwed up and didn't put my name on their double calendars only on one, so I did not get my hair done. I was there 15 mins early and was told to wait. I waited 45 minutes. Instead of working in a timely manner and getting the homecoming girls who don't have to be ready till way later done, the stylists were taking up a storm with the girls mothers and one of them was out the back door smoking. I know people get breaks but when there is a screw up it needs to get taken care of right away not in an hour. I waited my 45 minutes then told them to take me off their schedule because I needed to be getting my dress, shoes, and accessories on. I had be ready and walking down the isle at 4pm.

So I got to cry because of these people on the day I was supposes to be happiest.
