I paid in full up front then never received the head stone I ordered. The receptionist doesn't know anything and they will never return your calls or emails. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau to finally get what I paid for. Then they continue to send me a bill after I paid up front and threatening to remove the stone if I don't pay. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE CROOKS! It's hard enough to deal with a death and then to have major problems getting the marker you paid for definitely doesn't help.‎
