Provided by YP.comI would give this place a rating of 0 if I could. I attempted to rent a room tonight with them for a homeless person, with in the city of Sioux City IA. They ran my card from over the phone, when the person had not arrived by midnight the chick at the desk decided to take it upon herself to cancel the reservation and close the reservation without notifying the person or I, then when he arrived because she had closed out the reservation, she attempted to rerun my card, but since my card only has X amount of $, the card wouldnt run again, so now they are refusing to ever rent to us again. This is HUGELY POOR MANAGEMENT AND EVERYONE NEEDS TO WATCH OUT AS THIS SAMEPOOR MANAGEMENT OWNS RENTAL HOUSING IN SC~!!!!
