Was on my way to the 75th Anniversary of Sturgis when my '88 Heritage Softail's Charging system died! After calling 3 Harley Dealerships and finding No parts, I was tipped off about S.C.P. they not only had the parts, but they got me right in upon arrival! The crew there were all very knowledgeable about my old girl's motor! They worked over to complete the job & my mechanic, Mike, even found a couple "small" things that he corrected as well! The owner, Clay, was very professional, giving a helping hand when needed! It bolstered my faith as many local customers came in and informed me of the great work that these guys do! The biggest shocker was when I got the bill! They could have taken advantage of an "out of towner" but instead, charged a very fair price! Actually, it was much less than any dealership would have charged! My visit to Sioux City Powersports showed me that there are still people out there who still enjoy what they do & do it for a reasonable price! If you are ever in the area, I Highly Recommend These Guys!! Oh, bring a dog treat, You'll Make A Friend in The Shop Dog!!

Take your bike somewhere else if you really care about it. Took mine in for new chain and tires,they forgot to put the chain and wheel adjuster plate back on, and I've been waiting around on it for over a month. I know multiple people who have had poor experiences here, and it seems like these guys couldn't care less about you or your bike.
