at this time Siouxland Regional Transit System is my only means of transportation.I can generally get to most destinations without a problem.I was having a problem getting to my Dakota dunes doctors appointments but was recentlyinformed of your run that goes to the dorms and I have made arrangements for those appointments.a couple of issues that I do have are the fact that you only service of very small area of South Sioux City Nebraska and when I need to go out on highway 75 north of the McDonalds restaurant up around the Corey Motel there are no buses that run that far up.I am not aware if there is assistance to help me pay for the van when I go to the Dunes, but if there is that would be a great benefit to me as I live on very little money each month.I do have many health problems and at times it is very difficult for me to get to the assigned bus stops.from previous experience I know that the drivers use to pick up at just about any Corner that a person was standing on now the drivers are limited to only picking up at designated bus stops.sometimes it is quite difficult for me to get to an assigned bus stop. Most of the drivers are very professional and courteous. Many of them will go the extra mile to assist a customer when needed. Kudos to those employees some on the other hand could use some training in customer service. Ifyou have any suggestions as to how I might minimize the cost of my transportation it would be greatly appreciated uh maybe there are discounts for disabled people and maybe there's assistance for people with disabilities for my rides to the Dunes.
