Babinski Property Managers are disrespectful , overpowering their tenants, rude and mean.
They take money from your security deposit when you move out for cleaning regardless how much hard work and efforts you put to clean the apartment, also they charge you for fixing some normal wear and tear items that is part of their responsibilities. its literally a rip off action that they do it to your face. so unethical.
If you have a complaint and you request one of the managers to call you back then most likely you will not get a call back. so unprofessional.

0 Stars. These people are the worst possible people to work with. Not only are they rude and conniving, they blame you for things you do not even do. The property managers were the rudest landlords I have ever worked with. Properties are horrible and not well maintained at all. They take the application fee even if they don't have any apartments open. They will never give you the deposit back, no matter what u do. They have no customer service. Terrible please stay away.
