no stars! was so displeased with out come ,my daughter called in a used idler pulley replacement part for me, just the pulley when they found the part they called back ,saying they wanted $40.00 for a gates! at a part store for gates with year warrenty its $20.49 brand new at two places auto zone and orilleys. when brought to his attention and i made sure we were on the same part he dropped to $30.00 , and then told him agian $20.49 for a new with warrenty,and then you still want $30.00 for a used one he hung up on my daughter

My experience was very positive and I am completely pleased with the service I received. I researched on the Internet to find what I wanted at Barney's; I called them on a Saturday to say I could be there on Monday; the guy I spoke to worked with me to negotiate a good price for the motor; I arrived and all went smooth as silk. Each person I met was friendly and helpful.

This place is a joke man I will never go back they act Like I am taking parts for free there bunch of rude people

Needed a rear end for my van. They had it, nobody else did, but their price was $150 less than other. It was waiting for me when I got there and they loaded it for me. Highly recommended.

Called about a part for my car. Was quoted a price and when I got where he was rude, was giving me dirty looks and quoted the part 20.00 higher then the quote I got on the phone.

I bought a part from him once and I was running late for work. He got the part from the yard, put it in a bag and gave it to me. When I finally got to look at the part it was obvious that it was once on fire. He refused to refund my money until I threated to call the police. DO NOT do business with him!

I went to buy a part from them and went to put it in and it did not work so i bring it back with the recipiet and they would not give me my money back or give me a new part. then the boss starts yelling! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

my tranny went out and I need another one I wouldn't mind a new one but a used or rebuilt one would do just fine,if you can provide this part for me that would be great or even if you could let me know of someone who would have this part,thanks a million. April
