Worst dealership I have ever been too. I would recommend going any where else but to them. Bad service, rude customer service and inflated prices. Save yourself some time and money by going somewhere else. They follow the Chevy mantra, don't say anything to try to get away with it and ultimately stick it to the customer. Jeremy in service was rude and unhelpful when questions were asked about inspection of my vehicle or future service options. Acted like it was not his problem or concern. I called Corporate Chevrolet from the parking lot and was referred to Billon's Customer Satisfaction Employee. Who then refused to meet with me or discuss my dissatisfaction with the service department. Ended up taking my vehicle to another mechanic which saved me 2.5K from what Billion quoted me regarding a service bulletin that I never received. It was a Chevy known issue which they acknowledge but now avoid fixing their mistakes. Get better service and prices by going somewhere else.

They have lots of cars to choose from and are reliable.
