Had to call every few days to see if and when my 2020 jeep would be fix. Never bother to call. Didn’t have the car for 3 weeks. I understand parts shortage but an update every 4 or 5 days would of be nice…..

They lied me many times!I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANY BODY!! Sold New Dodge Ram to me and lied me on the loan interest , Then during 8 month they been trying to fix my Dodge for over 6 times always the same problem and COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM , Lots of smoke comes right in to cab once in a wile and they are don't want to fix it!!! They are telling me to trade in, it has only 15000 ML , brand new truck ,I don't know what to do about, they are waiting for the warranty to be expired and that's why they are always stretching time.THEY CANT FIX A PROBLEM THAT IS WITH MY PICK UP SINCE NEW!!!!

Will never buy from Billion again, they do not stand behind their word
