I am really very nervous, shocked and disappointed at this company today. I gave a call and talked to one person (Naming herself Kathy) through the phone at first. I have never spoke with a debt collection company before and I had literally no clue on how things work on their side. I am new to the country and I am trying to pay off the debt but I have had the challenges to get someone to explain to me how things work politely and not yelling at me and despising. Especially, when I am willing to listen, and even ready to pay. I am absolutely surprised to hear someone in office talking unprofessional way and i don’t know what happening to the rest of their clients who are may be new like me and even not able to speak English?!!

I am so extremely disappointed at the business practices of this agency. We did have a debt placed with them and we worked so hard to pay it off timely and in fact were able to pay it off well before it was expected. We never missed a payment. We are now looking at purchasing a home and have called to ask if they could remove this old debt we have paid. The owner at first attempted to lie and say he was unable, when we assured him that we know other wise he flat out refused. This could have resulted in a positive review of a business that I realize is not in the easiest of businesses. Unfortunate that there was an opportunity to create a mutually engaging customer experience with which I would have been very happy to recommend. That is not the case. I will recommend anyone to use a different agency.
