We'd give them a big fat ZERO STARS, if that were an option. We were woke up around 11:30 pm by desk clerk, saying people were complaining about loudness. We were SLEEPING! Furthermore, she said she was calling to have us vacated by police cuz my husband answered door naked, but told officers he came to the front desk naked! Nobody ever called the room & informed us, or asked to lower TV, nothing. This would have been a start. Another option would be to offer to relocate our room to another hallway, as they had all of us on the same hall right next to each other (not even close to full occupancy). Cops showed up, made us leave. No refund. My husband went back after cops left & she admitted he had not come to front desk naked, so I called the cops right back. After they refused to review the surveillance video, I hit record on my phone....went to jail for failure to vacate. The GM wouldn't even speak to me next day to answer why these other options weren't offered to us. We don't even think it was our room. If it was, it might have been the TV, as we had fallen asleep peacefully watching a movie. A simple phone call would have alerted us to this & we would have turned it off immediately. There was also a 1/2" gap from bottom of our door to the floor, so noise will certainly carry with poor planning. She was rude, uncooperative, & yes, so was I after she admitted she LIED to police. We have hired an attorney. DO NOT STAY HERE! Among the most unpleasant experiences ever. We are truck drivers & had run so hard we had to take a 34 HR reset & had not slept in a bed in 5 weeks. Ridiculous!
