Stay away from using this company. They overcharge, can't fix anything, and HIDE problems! They hid updates that they couldn't figure out on our computers, so our computers didn't work right. We got another company to fix all of our issues which would have taken Dataware DAYS, and several thousand dollars to do. One time we had to install a new printer on one of our computers. They guy spent over 3 hours trying to figure it out, and finally after $110.00 per hour, we told him to forget it. I went in and installed it within 5 minutes. NO JOKE! We STILL had to pay them their $330.00, even though they didn't do what we paid them to do. That was 3 times our printer cost! I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH---- STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF, AND TREATED UNFAIRLY!
