Department supports unprofessionalism by local chapters and protect their own! Marty, the current adjutant, uses racist terminology but tells callers that they are the ones being unprofessional because they call the local chapter point of contact out for their unprofessionism, ultimately hangs up on them repeatedly. No effort to assist Veterans with their disability needs from the local chapters up to Department headquarters. They would rather argue who is unprofessional than respectfully help disabled veterans as their charter calls for! Call a different state department, national DAV, or contact the American Legion or VFW if you want any help as you will not get it in South Dakota. Veterans Beware!
