I love Designer Dentistry & Smiles. I am so thankful that I chose them to be my new dentist. They made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process and understood my fears. Thank you for doing such a fabulous job making my smile better. I can't wait to work with the staff in the future to really get my smile where I want it to be.

At Designer Dentistry & Smiles everything was on time and the care I'm receiving is working out great. The staff is also very friendly.

I am not impressed with this company. My first impression with them was that the staff was friendly - which they are. But when it comes to scheduling it is very unprofessional.On a few appointments they needed to call me back after they scheduled me, because they scheduled incorrectly (or didn't have time for me - which doesn't make me feel like a welcomed customer).For a different appointment I waited over 45 minutes to see Dr. Nichole for less than 5 minutes. When I continued to ask why it was taking so long, the response was "Do you have somewhere to get to?" Not the best choice of words, in my opinion.Recently, I discovered they scheduled me on the wrong week for my check-up. The customer shouldn't be the one to notify the business that they did their job wrong.Overall this business is just a hassle in my life.

Waited in the waiting area for 20 minutes before seeing anyone. The first person I saw was walking around with food in her mouth. Waited another 10 minutes and finally went back to a exam room. My wife went in the next week and had the same experience, during the same time another lady that was waiting with her got up and left and said she had multiple kids so they lost a lot of business. The lady at the desk proceeded to tell my wife about my appointment while she was checking out, which was ok with me but I believe HIPAA prohibits this. We will not return.

I enjoy the staff and feel that their technology and equipment is up to date and efficient. Dr. Nichole goes over the results of my evaluation immediately and explains long term and short term findings and suggestions. Very happy with the service at Designer Dentistry & Smiles

It is always easy to schedule or reschedule an appointment thanks to Jenn's hard work and I enjoying having Laura as my hygienist when I come in. Although I must say all of the staff is very pleasant

Hopefully you read this before considering even the thought about making an appointment at this complete incompetent place where they PRACTICE dentistry.They will usually start you off being pleasant, but if you make it out without pain for a couple of weeks, you should consider yourself lucky.The office staff has absolutely no idea what they are doing because they don't communicate. Don't ever try to change your appointment because they have created a non standard business practice of charging you $50.00 even if you show up for the appointment you rescheduled. In my case I called them on it twice an I was told it wold be removed by three different office staff including the "bookkeeper". I was then sent a bill for $200.00! I fugured they made another error per normal. The next month a new invoice was sent for $125.00 and the following day I received a letter from collections! Most of the time or always insurance companies take 30 days+ to pay.This is a WARNING- STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS AS POSSIBLE! They will rip you off given the opportunity.Stay tuned... I will fill you in after I take them to court.Designer Dentistry you have 15 days to remove the collection and send me in writing your removal of your imaginary charges.

I have had nothing but good experiences going to Designer Dentistry. I am comfortable and feel that I am kept informed on all that the staff is doing while I am there. I wish them much continued success.

They may seem cheaper at first but in the long run be aware of any recommended procedures and be sure to get a second opinion before you end up spending thousands more than you should!

I have been coming to Designer Dentistry and Smiles for 2 years now and I love it! Everyone is so friendly and the Dr's are great! I feel super confident and trust all providers at this establishment!

I had to have a crown so I went to Designer Dentisty & Smiles. The Dentists are the best. They have a machine that makes the entire crown on the same day of the visit. Considering I didnt have to take an extra day off from work and the crown is a perfect fit I am very very happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

A few years back I was in for two crowns. They had to have a outside company make the crowns. The crowns ended up not looking much like a real tooth and the fit was horrible according to my new dentist. I ended up getting a infection under one of the crown within a year due to poor fit according to my current dentist. They are recommended removal of both crowns due to poor fit that is obvious in X-rays. End result is a root canal for one of the teeth and a new crown and another new crown for other tooth. It took a few thousand dollars to fix two thousand dollars worth of bad work, not to mention the pain involved with the infection. I would not recommend using this company for your dentistry needs. I truely do like the work of my current dentist.
