My tire was not able to be filled with air because the hub cap could not be removed to do so. I walked next door to Tires Plus to ask about having the tire being adjusted. I returned within 3 minutes and the man was ticked off that I left the area. The total time at that point was 10 minutes from when I drove into the shop until it was completed. I know this because I looked at my phone watch when I left and when I returned. He was mad I left for the few minutes and said I did not trust him.

I asked to see the fluids after the oil change was completed. The man said that when people ask to see the fluids that they obviously don’t trust them. I replied that I was only asking as a customer because I had been scammed before. He told me to look online at his reviews.

Anyway, I felt as if he was rushing me out and not happy with my request to see the fluids. I honestly don’t know if the service was done because he didn’t talk to me about the fluids at all, only the oil and the washer fluid. I will not return based on how I was treated. (I’ve never written any review before, let alone a negative one)

I pulled in before leaving town for Xmas. They were very fast, friendly, and efficient.
