I had a horrible experience with The Finish Line. I finally decided to splurge on some new running shoes and decided that I would buy them from here. Worst decision I could have made! Their employees know nothing about the different brands they sell and every shoe I asked about they "had a pair themselves." Ha! Good thing I did some research on brands before I went. However, the shoe I did purchase hurt my feet horribly after only 5 minutes of running. I attempted to return them and was told that since I wore them (even if it was for only 5 minutes), that I could only exchange them. I couldn't even get a merchandise credit and come back later. They had a very small selection of shoes, and I could not find any other pair that I liked. So, I ended up keeping the $100 pair of shoes that I can't even run in. I highly recommend going somewhere that actually cares about their customers. Next time I'm shopping for my Nikes at Kohls, where they have an excellent return policy and would've had no problem accepting my return.
