Kreisers selection of product is great. They have a nice showroom with the walkers and lift chairs and customer service is wonderful. They may be smaller than other health suppliers in the area but they are a locally owned company and I think I will let the other large health care suppliers in town keep collecting revenues from their hospitals. The the personal service I receive here is unmatched. Kreisers files to my insurance for me and If they know I will be coming in on a regular basis for my supplies they make sure it is on hand and they greet me by name.

I was so disappointed when I went into Kreisers, Inc. recently to buy a walker for my dad. Their store, which is fairly new, is cramped and displays are awful. The staff...I am not sure what I can even say here. I was helped by Cindy and she was nice but super slow. Their other customer service people sit in cubicles on the main floor and the customer service representative named Julie had a voice like a bugle and was so very rude to whomever she was talking to on the phone I was just flabergasted. The way the customer service people talked to each other was just awful too...very rude to their co-workers. I wouldn't go back their if you paid me a million dollars.
