Fast service, very professional, very helpful! We had bought a used MAC there with 60 day warranty, and when it had problems at 5 month point, they went over and above what they needed to do. They repaired it within 24 hours and updated me by phone and email. Will definitely be buying more products from here! Thanks again, very pleased.

Rude and Arrogant

Last week, I went to to this store after my 15" Macbook Pro Retina was stolen. I asked them if they could note the serial number and call the police if someone brought it in to be unlocked. The kid at the counter said "No, we don't do that." When I asked why the kid arrogantly said "I have my ways" of knowing if it's stolen. The sales manager was standing right next to him and did not correct him. The staff at this store is arrogant and rude. My replacement was purchased at MacDoctors and I highly recommend them. They are located at 1001 Russell by Veterans Memorial Park.

Good place

This is a great place to go for anything concerning a Mac. They are extremely friendly and helpful.
