The WORST customer service!!!! Ordered a door 5weeks ago and stil another 2 weeks and who knows then. They claim to have ordered it but when I asked what date was it ordered the manager danced around the question and never gave me a date. However she did blaim my contractor.Don't know how they have stayed in business. Spend a little more money and get the satisficrion of getting your garge door in a timly manner.

I called at 8:00 in the morning to arrange a service call. The individual from Overhead Door indicated that they would be able to come that day. I provied my cell phone number and indicated that I would like to be contacted 15 to 20 minutes prior to arrival so that I could let them in. They indicated that they would do that. By late afternoon I had not heard from them so I called them. At this point the individual lied to me, saying that they had called my cell phone(they quoted the number to me, and it was correct) and had attempte to stop. I had my cell phone on my person all day long and did not miss any call. Not having them show up as promised is frustrating but forgivable. Lying is not.

OHD agreed to install for $400 a door and opener I bought @ Home Depot. They set their price without asking me any questions other than the size of the door & without coming over to look. When they came, they discovered an installation issue of which I was not aware. At that point someone should have came to the house, re-evaluated the job, prepared a new quote, & then called me to ask for permission to complete the job at the new price. They did not do that. They installed the door without telling me they would want more $. Instead, they called the next day & insisted I pay another $100. After a long conversation with a manager, I agreed to compromise. I realize the job ended up being far more difficult then either of us anticipated, but since they did not follow the steps listed above I would not pay the full $100. I told them I would split the difference. He said I could pay another $75. I said no. Splitting the difference is 50/50. I wish I had not agreed to pay them even that.
