Roosevelt High School is a secondary school offering educational instruction to students from grades nine through 12. The high school has an enrollment of more than 1,500 students and is a part of the Sioux Falls School District 49-5. Established in 1991, the school s curriculum comprises English, American literature, family and consumer science, fine arts, foreign languages, health and driver's education, mathematics, military science, music, physical education, science and social studies. The school has athletic teams for various sports and provides several extracurricular activities. It is approved by the South Dakota Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. It also provides special education to students with special needs. Roosevelt High School is located in Sioux Falls, S.D.
