This afternoon, Mike drove me to the VA Hospital to pick up my new glasses. When we got there Mike not only took me to the place to get them but waited with me for them! He helped me get into and out of the bathroom and when I needed water to take some pills he got it for me. I tried to apologize for the extra time it was taking but Mike would not hear of it. He said I was his last trip back to Garretson today and to take my time. Such service! This was like a throw back in time to the “good old days.” Marlyn C Stubbe
