Staley's was opened in 1955 by Robert Staley Sr. in Mankato MN and focused on home furniture. In 1975 Robert Staley Jr. claimed ownership and expanded to recovering automotive interiors, airplane interiors, marine upholstery, commercial furniture, and pretty much everything that came through the door. Most of my childhood was spent in the upholstery shop and I developed a passion for the industry. In 2006 I partnered with Robert full time, and took over the business upon his passing in 2014. I was raised to have integrity; to be honest, straight forward, friendly, and fair. These are the precious values that pump the life blood of Staley's Upholstery.
