I bought a turntable and was told it had been tested and was functional. When I got to test it a couple of days later, it was faulty. I called back and was told to speak to management for a resolution, in hope that I could either get a refund or credit. The fellow I talked to thought I was lying about the faulty nature of the turntable, he was evasive about a refund or replacement. Once I told them I am not sure if I could find the receipt of the item but would look for it since I was told it worked I never paid keen interest in keeping it. The fellow, on the phone became rude, raised his voice and said, "how do I know you paid full price? Let alone, how do I know you got it from our store? "No receipt, no refund" and hanged up the phone on me, then proceeded to block my number... So much for intent to resolve the issue, you would expect more from a catholic charity... You would think as a charity they would work with you to resolve a dispute.... so much for the intent to reach a resolution if they still went a head to block my number..

My fav thrift store in sf! Has clothing under $3, great decor and books $0.50-$2, better bargains than savers. Some cheap prices like couches under $40, sides tables $15-25. Their clothing is sometimes name brand: ive gotten gap, aero, old navy, and more. Only down fall is parking is very limited but they plan to add on soon.
