As the owner of PC Gold, Inc. in Sioux Falls it has been a great pleasure to work With Bryce and Steve at Gage. Highly recommended for web development and hosting. Their professional and knowledgeable service really goes above and beyond.

I have been with Gage Services since August. From Day 1 these guys have been amazing! They were willing to work outside the normal business hours to accommodate to my busy schedule. They were very welcoming and inviting me to come in to see what my vision truly was. Not having any type of technical, the staff over at Gage, had no problem, sitting me down and walking me through every little detail. Also being a start up business, they were very flexible with setting up payment options that were manageable to my budget. They bent over backwards to get my business. Since day one, their support has never dwindled, they are always willing to help out with any question or issue I have. I am a Web Developer and a little over a year ago, I was fed up with my old, nationally known web hosting company that I was reselling and went on the hunt for a company where I was more than just a number. I wanted a smaller company with more personal service. I also wanted to keep my dollars local and support my local economy. I got ahold of Bryce McGee at Gage E-Services. I expressed my concerns about personal service, overselling, and uptime. He actually gave me a tour of their high tech data center, showing me all of their security, redundancy and equipment currently in use. All top of the line. He even set up a demo account so I could check out the features, do some testing, etc. He bent over backwards to get my business. I signed up and moved all my sites over. Their staff even helped me move some of the larger sites. Over the past year, their support has never dwindled. I've even been personally emailed in the middle of the night with an issue on one of my sites that I wasn't even aware of. Also, as of late, I picked up a fairly large website which requires some specialized data integration. I just mentioned this account to Bryce and he got me in contact with one of their in house developers that I've been able to work with to get this new site going. All year long, they've continued to impress me with the personal service and support I was looking for.

We've teamed up with Gage on numerous web projects and they bend over backward to make sure the job is done right. I am constantly impressed with how organized they are and extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any of your web needs!

Prairie Technology hired Gage eServices to rewrite and upgrade our existing web site. They spent a considerable amount of time learning about our business and listening to what we thought was important relating to our services and overall image. With that in mind, they worked with us to develop a template that was both eye catching and professional. From there we worked to develop a narrative that was informative and succint. They also helped us develop a very successful Adword campaign utilizing some very sophisticated Google techniques. Our web traffic has increased dramatically as has our web driven orders. The professional staff at Gage was easy to work with and demonstrated a customer driven approach to arrive at the finished product. We at Prairie Technology strongly recommend Gage as a great resource for your web site design and implementation.

Honestly......... as a new business opening, they seem great. the design aspect of my site was great. Perfect in fact, exactly what I wanted. After that, it was all downhill. As you can see in the respose of Gage in the last review, everything is the cusotmers fault. Their accounting department is horrible and if you do want to make changes to your site the charges are ridiculous. And I don't mean adding tabs or pages, minor things like the font doesnt line up right or changing the wording on a Tab. They also bill you for things and when you question what the heck that is they explain it, and then when you say you didnt want that, its too bad so sad, you should have told us years ago when you signed your contract you didnt want that. These guys expect you to be a computer programer and know what all the computer lingo means. As an everyday person, terms like SEO and Domains and Hosting etc really is unfamiliar waters. But they think you should know how to do all of the things they SAID they would do. Then when you bring it up its your fault. I really would never recommend them to anyone past the actual design of the site. The customer service is really poor afterwards.......and we know (being in business ourselves) that many customers can be unreasonable and ridiculous and rude....WE ARE NOT THOSE PEOPLE. We are currently looking at new hosting sites.

BTW: We have addressed everyone of these issues wtih them and they really could care less. Once they get your money, your just another account.

Bad experience! I hired this company to build an ecommerce web site for me. I paid them for what they ask for. Soon after, I had some serious and valid concerns with the shopping cart. For over 8 months I kept asking them to fix the issues with the shopping cart without any outcome. Eventually they told me you have to hire someone else to fix it because you can't ask us to do things for free after your project is finished! Then they removed my web site from their hosting despite the fact that I paid for an entire year of web hosting. I would never recommend them for anyone.
