Great service, and very fast. Snowblower was having issue blowing snow, after i got it back it seems better then when it was new. Highly recommend!!

I took an operating stihl string trimmer in for a simple tune up. After getting the machine home it would not start. I returned it to the shop, the diagnosis was I needed a carburetor. I was confused as it ran when I brought it in. Josh advised a carb was $60.00 but they would take the $40.00 service charge off so it would cost me $20.00, fair enough. Was told give them til thursday. I returned Saturday (no call to me) and was informed at that time, "you need a flywheel". Again I was confused, it ran when I first brought it in. So $55.00 later I have a new flywheel. When I went to pay my bill the $20.00 carburetor was now $24.95. I questioned the $60.00 carb was actually $65.00 and was told yes. I was curious and googled string trimmer carbs when I got home, prices range from $16-$25. Bottom line they ruined my carb broke my flywheel and fed me B.S. On carb prices and cutting me a deal. I would not recommend this business.

Great service. Employees had knowledge about my machine and how to fix it. Although employee "Josh Brewer" was especially troubling.-Jeremy Miller
