Lived in an apartment complex where AT&T had sporadic availability and people like Cox cable not even there. I would’ve paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars for AT&T. Community cable was new to me but never disappointed me, their trouble shooters work 24/7 & was always there to help me. Since I lived in a rural area there would be occasional outages i.e. Weather or storms. But they were quickly back online. I think they were amazing people. I have since moved but I left my deposit with them so when I get in my new home I will have them back. That should say something.

Where do I start.....
1) the office staff is unknowledgeable and they will place you on hold for long periods of time in hopes that you'll go away.
2) the office staff gives field techs wrong addresses and phone numbers which results in them not showing up or calling when the office says they will. The bill sure gets to the correct address though!
3) their internet goes out intermittently throughout the day. When you call to report it usually takes a few days then after hours or on the weekend they have a "help desk" that answers and says you'll have to wait until their office opens again.
4) the techs express their frustration as well about the office staff and equipment/lines, because they report leaks in the main line and it goes unfixed....for years! We had service for six loooong years and were told this from day one. We now have another provider in our area so we switched as soon as we could!

not good!

the quality of cable is terrible, everytime it rains the service goes out, even when weather is good you get fuzzy pictures but most of all when you call with a service request the customer service is even worse (that is if they return your calls) than the cable service! it may be cheaper but i guess sometimes you get even less than the little you pay for. WARNING! don't tell them their customer service is lacking because they will argue with you!
