They have the best Wonton soup. I stopped ordering it at other Chinese Restaurants because it tasted like salty yellow water. And the wontons at other places were horrible. Tough, leathery consistency. The wonton noodle is supposed to be soft, thin and light as it is at Yao's. The pork inside is full of flavor and the broth is amazingly tasty for just a plain broth. Their scallion pancake is very good. I ordered an entree at Saltan Wok and asked for it to be prepared in a white sauce and it had zero taste! At Yao's when I ask for white sauce instead of the brown sauce, it is packed with flavor. The food is much better at Yao's than at Ya Ya Noodles. When you come in to pick up your take out order, they serve you hot teach with fried noodles and duck sauce while you wait for your order. No one else gives you that kind of service. Nice Atmosphere also.
