After 2.5 years of paying on-time rent and living in a Cagan building, I was told that they had "decided" not to renew my lease. They provided no reasons for this, promptly indicating they did not legally need to provide a reason. I was notified 13 days prior to the end of my lease. This, after my inquiries about the renewal were ignored for 24 days. Every Cagan employee I have dealt with is rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Renters have little rights, and Cagan exploits that at every opportunity. Cagan is the a modern day slum lord. Please reconsider if you are considering getting involved with this horrendous, unethical company.

First off I'd like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Angela Medina and Jasmin at Cagan Mgmt. From my first encounter with them, they made sure I was informed, updated at all times and answered ALL my questions within a very quick time span (because the rental was being remodeled). Angela is very professional and on point with making sure the process goes smoothly. My experience with Angela and Jsasmin has definitely been worth 5 stars. I've even recommended a friend to contact Jasmin.
Thanks again for all your hard work and patience! I know I had a trillion questions���� Overall I am satisfied and would def work with them in the future.
