This doctor is highly unorganized. Her office is a mess full of papers, books, and sample medications. There is no emergency service other than her answering machine. Her staff are rude. The doctor herself will make sure that she collects every penny from the patient. God forbid you forgot to pay your co-pay. She want to make money on everything. I had an abnormal pap smear. I do not recommend that you go to Dr. Chung. She is unprofessional and so is her staff. Impossible to get questions or insurance information answered.
