I agree with the previous user. The staff and doctor (Dr. Isaacson in this case) are solely out for your $$$. I came in as an emergency patient and waited in their non busy waiting room, sobbing and in excruciating pain for over 30 minutes waiting to be seen by Dr. Isaacson. I felt as if I had been racially profiled and was overall neglected by him. He yelled at me and told me during my emergency visit that he was going to leave the room and visit another patient due to the fact that I was in horrible pain. Horrible manner, extremely prejudice, and all they care about is how fat your wallet is. Btw, he tried to charge me for services that were absolutely unnecessary. Run as fast as you can, stay away from this office. And yes, Roxanne will play you for your $$$. And don't even think about going to this place if you have a darker complexion, unless you want to be neglected and fearful. ATROCIOUS. He deserves to have his license revoked. I was extremely fearful in his office. DO NOT GO!!

I called to make an appointment. Roxanne answered, I was told the Dr. I used was no longer there. I exclaimed, "sh__" that's when I got the shock of my life. This provoked the employee to begin, yelling, reprimanding, scolding, punishing, & chastising me for using the word "sh__." She told me, I was never allowed to use that word in her office. And went on, and on....now keep in mind, I am a patient simply trying to make an appointment. This all took me way off guard. I did not use it towards her, nor did I use any other word. I am quiet sure, I am not the only person on this earth that has used that word before. This entire lecture where she judged me, reamed me, and turned into my mother was uncalled for. Who is she to judge me, or to dictate my terminology? I have NEVER had an employee anywhere treat me so horrible, attack me verbally, and make me cry when I hung up the phone. This is a case of a woman on a power trip. She is a receptionist in a dentists office. Not the ruler of the free world. I am shocked her bosses allows this. When you are paying 1000's of dollars to have a dentist work on you....you want his employees to be; kind, patient, loving, sweet, gentle, understanding, respectful, non aggressive, and not verbally attack patients. Going to the Dentist can be a scary experience....going to THIS Dentist is a NIGHTMARE never to be forgotten. The attack and abuse will be the appetizer to the dental pain, and the bill to follow. DR....please get your employees under control.

OMG....Don't go, they are sooo mean. I was scared of the Dentist, now I am more scared of his employee Roxanne! When you spend 1000's of dollars on dental care, you want them to be sweet, kind, loving, gentle, nice....here, I felt like a criminal, OMG OMG OMG, run away now!!!!!!!!!!!
