Memorial Park Cemetery is wonderful up to the point they are paid. Once they receive their $20,000+, they won't give you the time of day.



Months after the funeral, I attempted to get an an itemized bill of my wife's funeral expenses.

The bookkeeper said I should have received the bill already and that if I wanted to receive another copy I would have to come to the Funeral Home. Possibly, I received the bill, but at the time of my wife's death, my mind wasn't focusing on funeral expenses. I asked if the funeral expenses were filed on a computer. "No," the bookkeeper responded. I was amazed. Let me add that the bookkeeper was not the only one who treated me with indifference following the funeral. What they didn't understand is that after a loved one dies, keeping track of expenses might not be the first thing on your mind.
