A complete waste of time. Sent a package through them in February of 2013. It is now August and it has still not gotten to it's destination. Calls to find where it is have displayed a complete ignorance of the package which displays blatant corruption, either on the shippers part or the part of the Philippine Port Authority. Not sure which at this point but nobody can explain why it hasn't reached it's destination and that is disturbing and a red flag. You are better off just hand-delivering your goods to the Philippines if you can.
