Absolutely horrible manicure! I went in for a gel-no chip polish. The manicurist told me she did not have time do it right and spent less than 20 minutes on me. She was rude and had attitude. The next day all my nails were chipping and polish peeled off !! I called to tell them I insisted on having them redone; and the girl was defensive and said I would have to pay for the removal of gel polish.. What kind of crap is that..! I insisted on a refund to my credit card, and they hung up on me after I even offered to come in to show them how my nails looked.. She told me to take a picture and email them.. Yea I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS NAIL SALON STAYS IN BUSINESS.. TELL YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO GO HERE

Received a Pink & White full set when asked for only a nail fill & was told that this is how they fill pink & white nails. I questioned her more than once about this because I know you can get a fill without getting a full set of nails, but she insisted I do it this way or not at all.



The service was horrible. The nail technician was rude, had no attention to detail, did a sloppy nail design, and dug her nails so far into my skin that I was bleeding all over the equipment she didn't stop to sanitize or stop the bleeding. She didn't even apologize for being so rough and causing my fingers to bleed. She rushed my service because she said she was ready to go home. She didn't file, shape, or buff my nails properly.



It's only been a few hours and some of my nails are separating from the tip. I've never seen this before. They weren't glued properly, apparently. I paid $70 for this service; a total waste of money. When I told her that I was unhappy with her service and that I wouldn't be tipping her for her poor work, she complained that I'm too picky and told me to go somewhere else for better service and to make sure not to come back there.



I'm beyond disgusted at how I was treated. She told me more than once not to come back. She was evil when she found out she wasn't getting a tip. Her unprofessionalism was shocking and my fingers are sore to the touch due to her roughness. Now, I need to buy nail glue, a nail buffer, and a nail file to try and fix her horrendous work. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you're looking for a pink & white fill.
