I go to Vivian nails every so often. I have had multiple unpleasant experiences unfortunately, but today has to be the worst. The women who did my nails was on and off of her phone texting and answering calls, very poor customer service.I got a full set of round nails and they are all lopsided. The paint job is bulky and there are some bubbles. She is the third person who has done my nails and messed them up. Yes I understand people have their off days, yes I understand different people may be better or a better fit for what I want then others that's why I gave them so many chances. They are located close to my house but I will have to try somewhere else. Definetly won't be back. I don't recommend this at all.

I have been going to Vivian Nails for about 10 years for liquid gels. Everyone is friendly and capable there. My nails are beautiful and I am constantly receiving compliments. They are the best!!
