Great organization; fun to work for; they really care about those in the behavioral health community.

Understaffed and expect clients to wait an hour plus to be seen. Case managers are nothing more than overpriced cab drivers as they do ZERO advocating on behalf of clients. This organization will do NOTHING to help clients in need of community resources. The general tone of MBHO...the staff comes first the client comes second. They KNOW their organization is substandard and they only care about "billable hours". Their number one priority is bilking insurance companies out of thousands of dollars because when it comes right down to any type of solid mental healthcare, consideration, advocacy, professionalism or compassion they are WORTHLESS! I wasted 8 months there and accomplished NOTHING and my insurance company was billed for thousands! Don't make the same mistake I did, choose another provider and get the "right treatment the first time".
