After the purchase of my damaged sofa. Could not get My salesman Tim to have a manager or owner to call me to fix the situation. All I got was, I will call you back after I talk with the manager. Kept getting pushed off. I was the one kept calling back. I would not recommend anyone to the store. My money spends good anywhere. Tim you have a lot to learn.

our experience was a very good one. Excellent sales, delivery guys were extremely careful moving through the house. They set everything up beautifully. One small piece of our full bedroom set didn't make it on the truck. Guys had it to us the next day no problems. Will buy there again.

Poor delivery service and management

My experience with this company was A+. Fair prices and very helpful with selecting a mattress. I would recommend doing business with this company. Eric was fair and helpful.

I would like to personally thank this furniture company for their sincerity and personal help. These days people just want your $ and will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to write a check. Furniture is an expensive investment and I look over everything. With that being said, I will get right to my point. The owner/manager ( not sure what role this gentleman plays) ERIC was wonderful and Franklin was a gem to work with also . Not only did they answer all questions honestly, Like I said I research, but he was very helpful in every way! Eric even delivered my my chairs to my house himself! You don't get more personal than that! So with all of this being said,...its very inspirational to know that there is still honest, helpful, reliable people in the furniture market! I will definitely be back and recommend this furniture company to all my family and friends! Check it out for yourself!! THANKS AMERICAN FURNITURE DISTRIBUTORS!!!...I love my furniture! See you soon!
