I was sure that my son would kick at scream at the dentist. But at Bippo's Place for Smiles the staff explained each process and was able to keep him calm.

The staff was as courteous and friendly as could be! I would highly recommend their care to anyone I know in need!

My child always leaves the dentist happy at Bippo's Place for Smiles. The whole staff is wonderful and they make sure it is comfortable for kids. I can't say enough positive things about them.

The doctors never leave me in the dark with my children's dental needs at Bippo's Place for Smiles in Slidell, LA. They help me and my daughter understand things in a nice way. That makes things much easier for the both of us.

Bippo's Place for Smiles does a really nice job of keeping me informed during my kids appointments. The doctor does an amazing job with connecting to the child and teaching them dental hygiene practices in a way that they can understand.

We are very satisfied with the services provided from the staff at Bippo's They are professional and nice. It's a really nice atmosphere.

They really are great with children. They really do cater to their wants and needs. They make it all about them so that they feel relaxed and comfortable during their visits to the Dentist.

My daughter went in to get a cracked sealant fixed, I was told that they were guaranteed and there wouldn't be a cost. THEN the time came to get it fixed, the cost was $60 (minus $43 for the original sealant) When I questioned this I got 3 different stories from 3 different people, first person it was a cracked sealant and needed to be fixed and shouldn't be costing us anything but she was going to check, the next person who got on the phone said, it was "starting" to form a cavity which is why it was going to cost but I could talk to the billing department, the third person, it was a full blown cavity and I was still being charged at the discounted rate as a courtesy. I told them that if it was a cavity that she can only receive a resin filling as she has a vaccine injury with a heavy metal injury and can't have the amalgam filling due to a vaccine injury and she cannot have any heavy metals in her body. She argued with me and I told her I didn't care if there was an extra cost I still didn't want it in her body. She said she would make a note of it.... low and behold they still put the amalgam filling in her tooth. ON TOP OF THAT they held her down as she was screaming for her daddy. She is now terrified of the dentist, in 8yrs she has never had a problem. I will NEVER bring my children back here and I will make sure that everyone knows how horrible this place is.

The services provided by the staff at Bippo's are great, from the check in process to the exam, right to the check out, they have everything covered.

The staff and Dentists are very patient. I've been bringing my children here for a few years now and I am always satisfied with the services that they provide.

My children were immediately comfortable and had a wonderful time. See you next time!

They keep you informed come back and tell you whats going on and when and why they are doing what they are doing. Great dental staff

They have an appointment for my son.. I have to take off of work to take him.. I live in new Orleans east and drove out to slidell to bippo. After waiting, they finally told me the dentist that see my son was not there and had to reschedule me to come.. I came back and they still didn't have the piece for his spacer twice! So i came back the third time.. I didn't mind the coming back part.. I wanted to reschedule the last appointment with them because it happen to land on my busy day, the lady that answer the phone was rude rude rude.. I stay calm and nice the entire phone call and still couldn't get that reschedule.. I can't wait to change dentist!

They are not parent friendly, and are not sanitary. They have dentists going from child to child without cleaning their hands. When I questioned why my son all the sudden had 4 cavities (which were not viewable to the naked eye), the dentist then refused to see my son. I had heard from others that they recommend unneccessary dental work and now I myself have experienced the same treatment. When you call them on it, they simply refuse to see your child. They do not answer questions but rather avoid the truth. This is why they do not want parents going back with their children. On the drive home, my son asks why the dentist called me a b*tch. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I will be filing complaints with DHH also.
