Provided by YP.comUpon entering, your were bareley acknowledged and told to sit wherever after standing awkwardly waiting for some kind of direction. Once getting to the table, the waitress took 15 minutes just to get us our menus, 45 minutes to cook a hamburger, brought us the wrong order, when we corrected there error, it took another 15 minutes to correct that and by that point my husband and I were thouroughly disgusted and refused the replacement items they brought to us, plus they charged us for all the items that were left off our order. It was over crowded, understaffed, with a total diregard for customer service as a whole. To be fair, the food was good.
